Due to the nature of white garments, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the packaging has been opened.

 Care Instructions

Turn the garment inside out and wash separately in lukewarm water.

Dry cleaning or hand washing is recommended.

After washing, hang dry in the shade using a hanger. (Do not use a dryer.)

Avoid using a hot iron directly on the printed area. Do not exceed 120°C.

We are not responsible for any damage or distortion caused by improper washing or dryer use.

Do not use bleach (chlorine or oxygen-based).

* If the package is returned due to failed delivery,additional return shipping fees may be charged.Please make sure to provide an accurate shipping addressand receive the parcel within the delivery window.

Exchange & Return Policy

• Due to the nature of white-colored items, returns or exchanges are not accepted after the packaging has been opened.

• However, if you find a defect before wearing the item, please contact us via the Q&A board within 48 hours of receiving the product, including photos.The product must arrive at our facility within 7 days of the request to be eligible.(Items sent without prior request will be returned to sender.)

• Please send the item in its original packaging and condition.

• For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.If the return is due to our fault (defect, wrong item, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs.

 Returns/Exchanges Not Accepted If:

• The item is white and the package has been opened.

• Damage occurred due to customer negligence (scratches, stains, creases, discoloration, etc.).

• The request was made after 48 hours of receipt or the item did not arrive within 7 days.

• The item has been used, washed, worn, or altered (including perfume, deodorant, laundry, removal of tags, tailoring, etc.).

• Any free gifts or components are missing.

• The product has noticeably decreased in value from even a single use (e.g., t-shirts, sleeveless tops, stockings).

• The item was purchased on pre-order or sale.

• The item was sent without prior notice and approval.

Not Considered Defective:

• Wrinkles caused during shipping

• Loose threads or minor untrimmed fibers

• Minor differences in stitching or measurements (within 0.1–1cm)

• Design elements that intentionally include distressing or rough edges

• Slight variations in print position or detail (due to manual printing, a 1–2cm difference may occur)

• Fabric’s natural scent

• Chalk marks from production

• Pilling caused by friction from bags or accessories during wear

• Slight size differences (1–2cm) due to manual measurement

• Color differences due to monitor display settings

• Color transfer from washed or damp garments, especially in washed or dyed products
